Terms, kept short.
These terms cover using cleomail.co and joining the waitlist. Cleomail itself hasn’t launched yet; when it does, it will come with its own terms, and you’ll see them before you sign up.
Who we are
Cleomail (cleomail.co) is an independent project run by its founder. Questions about these terms go to hello@cleomail.co. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
The waitlist
- Joining is free and doesn’t commit you to anything.
- It doesn’t guarantee you access, a launch date, or any particular feature or price. We’re building carefully and plans can change.
- Please sign up only with an email address that’s yours, or that you’re allowed to use.
- You can leave at any time by emailing hello@cleomail.co. How we handle your email is explained in our Privacy page.
What you see on this site
Product screenshots, features, and prices shown here describe what we’re building. They’re previews, not an offer or a promise, and they may change before launch.
Brand emails we feature
To show what great email looks like, we feature and comment on real emails sent by other companies. Those emails, names, and logos belong to their owners. We show them for commentary and education only; we’re not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of those brands, and where we can, we link to the original source.
If you own something we feature and would like it credited differently or removed, email hello@cleomail.co and we’ll sort it out quickly.
Our content
The Cleomail name, logo, design, and our own writing on this site belong to Cleomail. You’re welcome to share and link to our pages, but please don’t copy the site or present our work as your own.
Using the site fairly
Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it, no automated or fake waitlist signups, and nothing unlawful.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites, such as the original sources of featured emails. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
No warranties
This website is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or online.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Cleomail isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can’t be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as Cleomail grows. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we’ll let the waitlist know about any significant change.
